At me on a site were ZIP archives, but I have removed them.
The matter is that these archives appear on piracy sites next day after the publication at me.
And they are very difficult for removing from these sites.
I try to not advertise my models in Russia and Ukraine.
And piracy sites are directed basically on these countries.
And it breaks my copyrights.
What for to buy a subscription when all this can be taken free of charge in one day?

I only signed up because your tour stated that you had zip files. I do not want to spend time downloading individual files one at a time. I am now very unhappy! I feel that I have wasted my money and I will not renew the subscription.

Let me put it simply.
I sent money your way. I did that to get those sets.
You go to great lengths to prevent me from getting them (not only you do not provide zip files, you have also structured your site in a way that makes organized download complicated and breaks tools that can do so.)
You basically punish your paying customers for your copyright problem.
